At anytime during the process of creating and/or saving a “Forecast” you have the option of returning to the “Program” tab of this Site and opting out of CHCS review. If you choose to opt-out, CHCS will not have access to any of the forecast information you input or save to your account.

CHCS also collects aggregate data on Web site user sessions, such as the number and frequency of visitors to this Web site.
